Shipping and Delivery

  • Lunessa Health orders are shipped next day. Delivery times may vary but are estimated within 2-5 business days from shipping for Canada and 3-6 business days for the United States.
  • When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that your order has shipped.
  • Fulfillment & delivery times can vary, especially during sales and around Canadian holidays.
  • Lunessa Health ship's to all Canadian and US locations.

Canada
Shipping fees are flat rate of 4.99 for orders under 100.00 and free for orders over 100.00.

United States
Shipping fees are flat rate of 4.99 for orders under 100.00 and free for orders over 100.00.

Address Accuracy and Order Redirecting

  • Lunessa Health relies on our customers to ensure the provided shipping address is accurate before completing an order.
  • Lunessa Health cannot modify or update address information once an order has been placed.
  • Lunessa Health cannot redirect orders once items have been shipped.
  • If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately and we will attempt to remedy the situation.

Returns

Order cancellation and modifications
Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and it is not always possible, as ordered products are shipped the next day. Please reach out to the Lunessa Health team as soon as possible prior to shipping. If cancellation is not possible at time of contact, our team can help facilitate a return upon delivery. Order modifications must be done prior to shipping.

Please double check all order details thoroughly after placing your order as we are unable to add or remove products or edit details of your order after it has been shipped.

Returning items

We accept returns of most products in original condition (unopened, unused) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines. Items are considered final sale after 30 days.

Refunds cannot be issued proactively while a return is in transit back to our warehouse location, under any circumstances. If approved, refunds will be processed by our returns team, back to the mode of payment used at time of purchase.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified.
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Final sale products, listed below.

If your returns fall outside of these guidelines and if you are within 30 days of purchase please reach out to our team to see if you are eligible for a refund.
